Q. What are your deposit and cancellation policies?
A. 25 %  of total is due to secure your reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to your check in date.  We have a strict cancellation policy  no refunds after reservation has been confirmed therefore we highly recommend that you purchase trip insurance
Q. How does check-in and check-out work? 
A. Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 10am. 3-4 days prior to your arrival date  we will email you the door code's and direction's from the interstate to the cabin.  The entrance is keyless so all you have to do when you get here is go to the cabin, use your code to gain access and make yourselves at home.
Q. What should I do if I need assistance while at the cabin?
A. You have immediate access to the owners Lois or Tom via email or phone.
Q. Is there wireless internet at the cabin?
A. Yes.  
Q. Is there a washer and dryer on the premises?
A. All our  cabin's  has a washer and dryer available for guest use
Q. Can I bring pets?
A. Yes, all cabins are pet friendly, for a non-refundable pet fee of 75.00 per pet. Limit 2 Dogs 30 # and under .. sorry  NO CATS  
Q. Is there a maximum number of people?
A.  Limit  10 guest maximum at  the Bears Den .
B.  Limit  8 guest maximum at Smoky Mountain Retreat 
C.  Limit  6 guest maximum At Smoky Mountain Memories
D.  Limit  10 Guest maximum At Smoky Mountain Hide-A-Away

Q. What are the nearest airports to TN Mountain Cabin rentals?
A. McGee-Tyson Airport is 34 mile from Pigeon Forge Tn 
Q. Where can I get groceries?
A. All of our cabin's are within 5 miles from a grocery store, Wal-Mart Super Center, Kroger, Food City we also have a new Publix coming soon.
Q. Is there cell phone service?
All cabins do have cell telephone service
